Our purpose is to show people how they can develop strong and healthy bodies, capable of displaying amazing athletic abilities, without having to resort to a myriad of modern day exercising equipment. That’s right; we are absolutely convinced that you can save yourself a good amount of bucks each month by giving up your Gym membership or not joining a Gym in the first place.

Hold up, we are not saying that Gym’s are bad or anything, and if you enjoy working out at a Gym then we don’t want to discourage you from continuing to do so. What we seek to achieve is to show people that it is not necessary to spend huge amounts of time each day on exercising, for getting in great shape. In fact, we are certain that bodyweight exercises alone (along with a healthy diet) are sufficient for transforming your body to resemble that of a Spartan warrior if that’s what you desire. Yet, you will still need to make the most out of the time that you invest into your training and adopt a long term perspective to achieve great results.  But once you’ve understood this, you will realize that there is no excuse for not being in the best shape you can be, and if you want to know why exactly, then you have come to the right place.
